
Max D. Morris
Max is an industry veteran with more than 28 years as an outside broker and in house Leasing Director/Asset Manager, representing both local and national landlords and tenants. His career spans involvement in more than 1,900 lease, sales and finance transactions with a collective value in excess of $2.1 billion, covering all asset classes.
Prior to MAINBRACE, in 2021, Max co-founded TB Advisors, Inc. & VERICRE, Inc., both CRE Brokerage firms, that primarily focus on tenant representation; leasing and sales, with offices in LA, OC, SD, IE and Denver, with a total head count in excess of 32 CRE Brokers at its height. To this day, VERICRE, Inc. continues to operate its services, where Max retains majority ownership.
In 2015, Max joined the team at TenantBase, as a Principal and Southern California Market Lead, responsible for opening the company's 2nd office in Orange County, and hiring/training more than 35 brokers throughout OC and LA. Max was also instrumental in interviewing and hiring key market leads throughout the U.S., where the company opened over 10 offices and employed more than 150 people nationally.
In the 12+ years prior to TenantBase, Max worked for SunCoast Properties, as Director of Leasing & Acquisitions for a regional commercial real estate firm, with a portfolio of approximately one million square feet of all asset types. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of leasing, refinancing, asset management and acquisitions/dispositions.
Prior to SunCoast Properties, Max worked as a CRE Broker for notable firms such as Cushman & Wakefield and Lee & Associates.
