David H. Bradburne

David Bradburne’s impressive real estate background includes four years (1987-1991) at Grubb & Ellis Company in Newport Beach, California as an Office and Industrial Specialist where he was directly responsible for sales, leasing and investment transactions for a wide array of industrial and commercial properties in Orange County, California.

 

As the director of Leasing at PM Realty Group (1991-1995), the fourth largest private, full service property management company in the United States, David was directly responsible for the leasing and property management for 22MM s.f. in the Western region.  This included leasing of the 5MM s.f. Irvine Company office portfolio, as well as, overseeing the acquisition, development and construction of 40 Southern California industrial sites for large corporate clients.

 

David has led the way to be an industry leader.  He is a sales and marketing professional with a diverse client base and a strong grasp of the Southern California commercial/industrial real estate markets.  He is experienced in both the analysis and negotiation of complex financial transactions.  He has a thorough knowledge of the development process and of industrial and corporate users.  He maintains an outstanding record of developing long term business relationships.
